Talent Acquisition Process Improvement Specialist
Your New Role
In this role, you will:
* Lead
as‑is
mapping of end‑to‑end recruitment processes
* Design
to‑be
processes that streamline workflow and reduce risk
* Develop clear and practical
Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
* Review and integrate
risk assessment outcomes
into redesigned processes
* Work with stakeholders to support
change adoption
across operational teams
What You'll Need to Succeed
* Experience working with
NSW Government recruitment frameworks
and the
GSE Act
* Background in
Lean, Six Sigma or service design
* Experience optimising
ATS or recruitment workflow systems
* Strong process mapping, documentation and stakeholder engagement skills
* Experience supporting
change and adoption
within operational teams
