Job Description We have an opportunity for an experienced and detail-oriented Accounts Payable Officer to join our close-knit Corporate Finance team.Based in our Parramatta Square office, this role is responsible for processing and managing payment runs for our Corporate Finance team. This position is a maternity leave cover for 12 months.Key responsibilities include:Processing and approving scheduled supplier invoices and employee expense claims accurately in accordance with the operational calendar.Processing refunds and ad hoc transactions promptly and accurately.Monitoring conjunction fees and ensuring external agencies are paid on time.Performing daily bank reconciliations for accounts payable transactions.Understanding GST and FBT implications of transactions and reviewing expense coding for account allocation, GST input tax credits, and FBT charges. Qualifications Required skills and attributes:1-2 years of experience in a similar Accounts Payable role.Tertiary education in Accounting or Finance.Experience with Concur is highly desirable.Advanced skills in computer software, especially Excel.Excellent communication skills and ability to build relationships.
