Job Summary
The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the Risk & Insurance team in developing their skills. Key responsibilities include implementing the company's Enterprise Risk Management activities, operating the insurance function, and supporting business units with risk management reports.
Key Responsibilities:
* Support the daily implementation of the enterprise risk methodology.
* Prepare timely risk management reports for stakeholders.
* Collaborate with teams to develop key risk indicators (KRIs).
* Renew insurance programs annually and collate required information from stakeholders.
* Manage claims in partnership with sites and insurance brokers.
Requirements
* A minimum 2-3 years' experience in a similar role, including end-to-end risk management or internal audit.
* Advanced understanding of risk management principles and methodologies.
* Proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly Excel (data analytics) and PowerPoint.
* Strong stakeholder management skills, with effective communication and collaboration across functions.
