We're looking for an Architectural Specification Manager who thrives on relationships, understands design and construction, and enjoys seeing projects through from concept to completion. This role is a perfect blend of sales, technical expertise, and industry influence, giving you the autonomy to build your pipeline, represent our brand, and play a key role in driving business growth nationwide.
Based at either our Sydney (St Marys, NSW) or Brisbane (Bundamba, QLD) office, with regular travel across Australia, you will be the face of ITI Australia within the architectural and design community, building strong partnerships, securing specifications, and converting them into successful project outcomes. You'll proactively identify opportunities, promote our full product range, and ensure ITI AU is front-of-mind for architects, designers, specifiers, and developers across the country.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):
* Proactively securing and managing a strong project pipeline.
* Promoting the full range of ITI AU products and services.
* Managing residential and commercial specifications from concept to construction.
* Converting specifications into successful sales outcomes.
* Building and maintaining strong relationships with architects, designers, specifiers, and developers.
* Delivering product presentations, CPD sessions, and technical information.
* Attending industry events and maintaining a national call cycle.
* Collaborating with internal teams.
* Maintaining accurate records and reporting via NetSuite CRM.
* Staying informed on NCC requirements, design trends, and product innovations.

You will bring a balance of commercial drive, technical understanding, and relationship-building capability, along with:
* Strong communication and presentation skills.
* The ability to work autonomously while also collaborating effectively within a team.
* Experience in architectural specifications, sales, or the building products industry (highly regarded).
* A proactive, organised, and results-focused approach.
* Confidence engaging with architects, designers, and construction professionals.
* A genuine interest in design, materials, and the built environment.
