About Us:Magain Real Estate is a leading agency known for its exceptional service and expertise in property sales and management. We're seeking a proactive and highly organized Executive Assistant/Sales Operations Manager to join our dynamic real estate team, working closely with the Director, based in our Brighton office. This pivotal role supports a team of four high-performing agents and ensures the seamless execution of day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Team Coordination – Provide operational support to a team of four, ensuring workflow efficiency and high-level administrative support.
Office Operations Management – Oversee the day-to-day running of the Brighton office, including office supply management and bill assignment.
Listing & Sales Processing – Accurately manage documentation and compliance for new listings, sales contracts, and property settlements.
Marketing Coordination – Prepare and manage marketing campaigns, liaising with photographers, copywriters, and media suppliers to meet tight deadlines.
Client Communication – Serve as a key point of contact for clients, providing regular updates and coordinating property-related communications.
Settlement & Contract Management – Ensure smooth progression from sale to settlement, including liaison with conveyancers, clients, and stakeholders.
Event Coordination – Lead the planning and delivery of the annual Magain Charity Golf Day, managing logistics, sponsorships, and event communication.
About You:
Previous experience in real estate administration, team coordination, or business operations is highly desirable
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks with efficiency
A proactive, solutions-focused approach and a team-first attitude
Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite
