Electrical Supervisor - Food & FMCG Projects Sydney Metro | $120K - $140K Overtime Vehicle A leading electrical contractor servicing the food manufacturing and FMCG sector is seeking an experienced Electrical Supervisor to oversee projects, maintenance works, and shutdowns across Sydney. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in the electrical contracting space who understands fast-paced production environments and can confidently manage teams across multiple client sites. Working with well-known food and FMCG manufacturers, you'll play a key role delivering electrical installations, upgrades, preventative maintenance, and breakdown support while ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard. The Role Supervise electricians and subcontractors across multiple Sydney sites Coordinate electrical works within food manufacturing and FMCG environments Manage installations, upgrades, shutdowns, and maintenance projects Liaise directly with clients, production teams, and site management Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and compliant with WHS standards Conduct toolbox talks, site inspections, and quality checks Assist with scheduling labour, materials, and project planning Provide technical guidance and leadership to trades and apprentices What We're Looking For NSW Electrical Licence Previous experience as an Electrical Supervisor, Foreman, or Leading Hand Strong experience within the electrical contracting industry Exposure to food manufacturing, FMCG, packaging, or processing environments Ability to manage multiple projects and teams simultaneously Strong understanding of industrial electrical systems and site safety Excellent communication and organisational skills Current Driver's Licence What's On Offer $120K - $140K base salary depending on experience Overtime opportunities available Company vehicle phone provided Stable long-term opportunity with a growing contractor Diverse work across leading food and FMCG manufacturing sites Supportive leadership team and strong pipeline of work Career progression opportunities within a growing business
