About this role:
As a Delicatessen Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day running of the deli department. You will contribute to a store that is exceptionally presented, welcoming and engaging for our customers, team members and community.
You will have full accountability for monitoring stock, rotation routines, waste and quality control, while maintaining excellent department standards. Your leadership skills will be put to the test as you lead, coach and develop your team to meet sales targets, cost control and rostering requirements.
