About the Role
This position involves working with a supportive team to provide in-home clinical services to a small caseload of young people with offending behaviors and their families.
Multisystemic Therapy (MST) is an empirically based treatment model that focuses on changing factors linked to anti-social behavior across individual, family, peer, school/vocational, and community systems.
The MST program aims to create real change for young people and their families by delivering clinical services to a targeted caseload, adhering to the MST intervention model, and identifying barriers to pro-social activities.
You will participate in the on-call roster and work with relevant community agencies to resolve barriers and achieve lasting behavioral change.
