The associate will work closely with various business stakeholders, system owner, Functional Consultant to ensure that the interfaces are well integrated, efficient, and work seamlessly.Key Responsibilities:Minimum 5 years of experience in data migration, ETL, and data integrationManage the end-to-end data migration process for SuccessFactors, from data mapping to data validation and testing.Technical, functional and architectural expertise in integrating SAP SF with 3rd party applications using different Adapters like HTTP, SOAP, Mail, JMS, IDOC, SuccessFactors, AS2, SFTP, Twitter, OpenConnectors, ODATA ,RFC using SAP CPIDeveloping inbound and outbound interfaces to/from the SuccessFactors to On-Premise and Cloud instances of SAP Products.Integration experience of SuccessFactors with S/4HANA Onpremise, S/4HANA Cloud, Concur,with any other SAP cloud system, with any other 3rd Party systemIntegration experience of SuccessFactors with JDBCIntegration experience of SuccessFactors with KRONOSExperience in integration of B2B applications using AS2 AdapterExpert level on Programming (Groovy), User Defined Function UDF in Message Mapping, Lookup implementation in UDF, node function, value mapping, java scriptExperience on Cloud Connector installation, setup, administration, and destination configurationExpertise in standard interface implementationExperience in API Management, Open Connectors, Integration content Advisor, API Business Hub.Experience with SuccessFactors and SAP HCM data migration is preferred.Experience with data integration tools such as Dell Boomi, MuleSoft, or Informatica is preferred.Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.SAP Certification is must.Excellent command of written and spoken EnglishOne or two industry domain knowledgeQUALIFICATIONS & SKILLSBachelors/master’s degree in computer science or equivalent with 5+ years of IT experienceAt least 5+ years of experience on SAP Cloud Platform IntegrationStrong design and development skills using SAP Cloud Platform IntegrationStrong SAP/Successfactors API knowledge and /or experienceGood knowledge of SAP Successfactors standard integrationsWhy HCLWe are one of the fastest-growing large tech companies in the world, with offices in 50+ countries across the globe and 219,000 employees.Our company is extremely diverse with 165 nationalities represented.We offer the opportunity to work with colleagues across the globe.We offer a virtual-first work environment, promoting a good work-life integration and real flexibility.We offer comprehensive benefits for all employees.We are a certified great place to work and a top employer in 17 countries, offering a positive work environment that values employee recognition and respect.How to apply:To apply for this role, you should have a full work right to work in Australia.
