Senior Business Analyst – Payments | 12‑Month Contract (Melbourne) Our client is a global financial institution. They are looking for a Business Analyst with 5 years’ experience in merchant payments or card schemes to support multiple workstreams across process documentation, requirements definition, UAT and regulatory change. You’ll work closely with business and technical stakeholders to deliver high‑quality outcomes aligned to strategic objectives. The project, which is about to start, is to address mandated regulatory changes. What you’ll be doing Document as‑is / to‑be processes, customer requirements and business impacts Lead gap analysis, UAT planning & execution, and defect management Facilitate workshops and act as a bridge between business and technical teams Support delivery across payments, card schemes and compliance‑driven initiatives What you’ll bring Strong BA capability across process analysis, requirements engineering and change Deep experience in merchant payments, card schemes and regulatory compliance Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills This role is based in Melbourne and it is expected that you will be working in the office 3 days per week.
