is hiring two Sales Executives to join a high-performing team this New Year. Managing the full sales cycle, you'll use an entrepreneurial approach to find and help merchants grow. We need positive, proactive communicators who can quickly build trust over the phone, email, and video to deliver real value to every customer.

* $75k + Super + OTE $130k (Uncapped)

Candidate profile
* Hungry, driven sales professional motivated by targets, incentives & uncapped commission
* Confident communicator with strong objection-handling who enjoys speaking with new people
* Proven experience in a phone-based sales role and a history of working with KPIs and targets
* Resilient, coachable & eager to learn, thriving on constant feedback
* Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-energy, performance-focused environment
* Strong work ethic, able to work independently while contributing to a winning team
The role
* Own the full sales cycle — from outbound calling (warm & cold) to closing deals
* Consistently hit KPIs across activity, quality conversations & revenue
* Identify customer needs, ask discovery questions, handle objections confidently, and personalise your pitch
* Generate new business through structured calling plans, prospecting & research
* Win and grow accounts via upselling, cross-selling & fast closes
* Manage a strong pipeline in Salesforce while adapting quickly in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
