Key Responsibilities
* Deliver engaging, play-based learning programs aligned with the EYLF.
* Support children's development and wellbeing.
* Build strong relationships with children, families, and the team.
* Maintain a safe, inclusive, and nurturing environment.
* Lead a room (for Lead Educators), including mentoring team members and overseeing programming.
What You'll Need
* Certificate III, Diploma, or higher in Early Childhood Education and Care.
* Current Working with Children Check (QLD Blue Card).
* Strong knowledge of the EYLF and National Quality Standards.
* Leadership skills (for Lead Educator applicants).
* A passion for early childhood education and team collaboration.
