Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
1. Analysing alliance processes, requirements, systems and data to identify opportunities for improvement.
2. Liaising between stakeholders and technical teams to capture, analyse and document requirements.
3. Evaluating potential solutions and making recommendations aligned with business goals.
4. Assisting in testing to ensure delivered solutions meet requirements.
5. Providing training and knowledge transfer to end users on new processes/systems.
6. Monitoring compliance with company, client and legislative requirements.
7. Supporting the development and implementation of the Business Management System.
8. Preparing reports and maintaining records of inspections, findings and audits.
9. Implementing strategies in injury prevention and wellbeing programs.
10. Supporting performance reporting and managing risks and opportunities.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess:
* Tertiary qualification or proven track record in a similar role.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
