Valletta Homes is a family-run builder specialising in custom homes, duplexes, townhouses, double- & single-story builds, With a strong pipeline of upcoming builds across the Central Coast, Newcastle corridor, we are looking for a motivated Site Supervisor to join our growing team.
To be considered for this role, candidates must have a current White Card and either a Supervisor’s Certificate or at least a Carpenter’s Licence. Proof of qualifications will be required.

About the role:
As a Site Supervisor at Valletta Homes, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations on site, ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key responsibilities include:
Managing and coordinating trades, suppliers, and contractors
Ensuring compliance with WHS, quality, and building standards
Reading and interpreting construction plans and specifications
Maintaining solid client relationships and clear communication
Reporting on project progress to management
About you:
We are open to junior through to experienced supervisors. Training and mentoring will be provided to the right candidate.
You will ideally have:
Experience in residential construction supervision (preferred but not essential for junior applicants)
Robust organisational and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and problem solve on site
A keen eye for detail and commitment to quality workmanship
Current driver’s licence and White Card
