- You will implement the psychosocial risk management system, integrating the requirements with EY's ISO 45001 Safety Management System and drive continual improvement.
- Work with senior leadership on demonstrating commitment to psychosocial safety and making EY a workplace where everyone thrives.
- You can shape the psychosocial risk management system to meet the evolving regulatory landscape and strengthen the understanding of psychosocial risk assessment and control across our AU and NZ operations.
- Formulate the measures for monitoring the performance of the psychosocial risk management system and create objectives for delivering advancements in psychosocial safety.
**What we're looking for**

- Qualifications or minimum of 4 years' experience in organisational psychology / psychology and safety management systems.
- Demonstrated knowledge of ISO 45001 and ISO 45003 (within professional services will be advantageous).
- Proven ability to demonstrate complex stakeholder management and influencing skills.
