The Sales Associate role is pivotal to our Retail Sales Team. This team collaborates closely with State and Sales Managers to drive growth via targeted sales plans with high value and adviser practices across Australia.
Key Responsibilities
* Work with State and Sales Managers to provide administrative support and training to adviser stakeholders on products, systems, and processes to increase sales.
* Supporting adviser stakeholders across quoting and application processing.
* Suspense management (where the item in suspense is delayed due to the adviser/practice).
* State based reporting and analysis.
* State based coordination and implementation of events such as forums, PD Days, and Conferences (leveraged from strategic plans).
* Personal assistant support to senior leaders by way of inbox, diary, travel, and expense management.
This role requires strong customer service skills, problem-solving abilities, and experience working with data to identify trends and opportunities.
The ideal candidate will have deep knowledge of retail insurance products and underwriting, excellent planning and organizational skills, and a positive work ethic.
