Key Responsibilities
* Sales Growth & Business Expansion
o Identify, develop and maintain strategic sales relationships across the mining, commercial and government sectors.
o Develop a strong sales pipeline through effective prospecting and client engagement.
o Create tailored solutions, proposals and commercial offers to meet clients' needs.
o Lead end-to-end sales cycles including negotiations and contract closure.
* Client Engagement & Partnership Development
o Build and maintain key stakeholder relationships including operations managers, procurement teams and industry experts.
o Conduct client discovery sessions to understand business challenges and align services with their needs.
o Represent the company at industry events, conferences and site visits.
* Strategic Market Intelligence
o Provide actionable market insights to support product development and go-to-market strategy.
o Identify opportunities for partnerships, collaborations and long-term agreements.
o Work closely with cross-functional teams to scope project requirements.
