About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled Specialist Children's Speech Therapist to join our team. As a specialist in speech therapy, you will be responsible for assessing and developing treatment plans for children with a range of communication disorders.
Key Responsibilities
* Conduct comprehensive assessments of children's communication skills
* Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address specific communication needs
* Collaborate with other professionals, including occupational therapists and psychologists, to provide a holistic approach to client care
* Provide parent education and support to enhance child outcomes
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* A bachelor degree or higher in Speech Pathology (or equivalent)
* Registration with the Speech Pathology Australia
* Experience working with children with communication disorders
* Strong assessment and intervention skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
