What is this role all about?
As a Customer Experience & Sales Agent, you will be a front-line sales professional who delivers premium service while driving revenue through consultative selling.
You'll engage with customers face-to-face, over the phone and via email, understanding their needs and confidently recommending value-adding rental solutions that enhance their journey and protect them on the road.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys sales, targets, customer interaction and earning uncapped bonuses, while working in a fast-paced, premium environment.
Your key responsibilities
* Deliver a premium, high-energy customer experience that consistently exceeds expectations
* Open and close rental agreements accurately and efficiently
* Proactively sell and upsell rental products, including:
o Vehicle upgrades
o Damage and liability protection products
o Roadside assistance packages
o Tyre and windscreen protection
o Additional drivers, accessories and other car hire extras
* Identify customer needs and confidently present solutions that provide value and peace of mind
* Achieve individual and branch sales and service targets
* Handle customer enquiries professionally (in person, phone and email)
* Ensure vehicles are cleaned and presented to a premium standard
* Assist with vehicle pick-ups and deliveries when required
* Complete general administrative and operational tasks
* Maintain SIXT quality controls, including counter presentation, paperwork and fleet standards
* Work collaboratively with your team to ensure a high-performing, well-presented branch
What do we need from you?
To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate:
* A strong sales mindset with a passion for achieving targets and earning bonuses
* Excellent communication skills and confidence in recommending products
* A positive, can-do attitude with strong customer focus
* Attention to detail across administration and presentation
* Previous experience in sales, retail or hospitality (preferred but not essential)
* Ability to monitor and organise fleet on a daily basis
* Competent computer skills
* A current, unrestricted full driver's licence
* Full working rights in Australia
* Ability to multitask during busy periods and work independently
* Flexibility to work across a 7-day rotating roster, including weekends
