Operational Lead
Seeking a skilled professional to oversee commissioning activities and manage teams.
* Coordinate the logistics of multiple work fronts, including personnel and equipment management.
* Develop and implement schedules for commissioning activities, prioritizing subsystems or systems as required.
* Lead a team of at least 10 trades during the commissioning stage, providing guidance and direction.
Key Responsibilities:
* Supervise contractors on site, ensuring projects are completed safely and efficiently, meeting project timelines and milestones.
* Carry out maintenance, repairs, and replacement of fixed plant equipment, troubleshooting issues and maintaining critical assets throughout various stages of commissioning.
* Collaborate with inter-departmental supervisors to provide support and direction to workers, facilitating target achievement and deadline adherence.
