This full-time role is temporary for a period of 18 months to support the DRIVES users with on-line help desk services.
As a Help Desk Officer, you will work as part of a team delivering online support to DRIVES users.
You will provide high-level technical advice relating to the operation of the DRIVES software to a variety of users including Service NSW and other government agencies in a timely and efficient manner.
You will deliver excellent technical customer service by investigating and analysing errors and anomalies and providing advice on how to navigate these in a challenging high-volume environment.
