We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Equipment Service Specialist to join our team. This individual will be responsible for providing technical support to customers on-site, enhancing equipment performance and reliability.
* C Coordinate the delivery of spare parts and consumables.
* D Delight customers with exceptional technical support services.
* P Perform routine maintenance tasks as required.
About You
A relevant trade qualification, mechanical aptitude, experience in maintaining heavy machinery or industrial equipment are essential. If you have worked with similar types of machines before, your chances of success in this role are higher.
You should be physically fit as you may need to work at heights or confined spaces periodically. Your ability to follow established safety protocols is vital.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills which enable him/her to effectively interact with colleagues from different backgrounds such as engineering technicians or operators who require guidance on operating complex systems efficiently;
