About the Role
We are seeking an experienced FACEM to join a busy Emergency Department that manages approximately 25,000 presentations annually. This is an ACEM-accredited site offering up to 24 months of training for junior staff, with a strong teaching culture and supportive team structure.
In this role, you will :
* Provide high-quality emergency care across a broad regional catchment
* Deliver senior clinical leadership and mentor junior medical staff
* Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team including SRMOs, Registrars, and skilled nursing staff
* Participate in teaching, training, and research initiatives
* Enjoy clinical autonomy while contributing to service improvements
