About The Role
On offer is a 3 month contract with full time hours within a prominent State Government department. This customer service role will see you liaising with customers through inbound calls to provide support and assistance.
- Pay rate: $37 per hour + superannuation
- Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday – Friday
Responsibilities
- Provide a high level of customer service and interact with customers to support general enquiries.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism.
- Answer general enquiries and support with complaints.
- Assist with payment queries including payment of invoices or payment plans.
- Navigate through multiple screens and programs whilst on the phone.
- Undertake information and records management processes, updates and reviews.
About You
- Contact centre experience.
- Excellent verbal communication skills.
- Professional phone manner.
- Able to remain calm when handling sensitive situations.
Requirements
- Available to start within 1 week.
- A valid Nationally Coordinated Criminal History Check within the last 12 months is MANDATORY.
