GMHBA is embarking on a major Workday transformation with HRIS in place the next phase is their Finance System. This short‐term project role offers an opportunity to apply your financial modelling skills to shape the organisation's business planning, forecasting and performance models while working with a high‐calibre finance and project team.
About the Role
As the Finance Analyst – Workday Implementation, you'll partner closely with Finance, the Workday project team and GMHBA's implementation partner to design, refine and formalise GMHBA's new planning and modelling environment. You'll analyse cost structures, define business drivers, build and document modelling logic, and support the translation of these models into Workday Adaptive Planning. You'll review outputs, test behaviour, troubleshoot issues and ensure the configured solution reflects GMHBA's financial governance and planning principles.
About You
You're an experienced finance professional (Finance Business Partner, FP&A Analyst or Company/Industry Accountant) with deep capability in budgeting, forecasting, driver‐based modelling and advanced Excel. You can break down complex cost structures, translate business drivers into financial models, and explain modelling logic clearly to both finance and non‐finance stakeholders. Experience with digital system implementation is highly regarded for the role.
