Clinical Nurse Educator Role

We are currently looking for a skilled Clinical Nurse Educator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing hands-on educational support and clinical teaching to graduate nurses and students.
Your key responsibilities will include:
* Taking on a leadership role in promoting high standards of evidence-based nursing care through dissemination of current best practices.
* Providing guidance and support to staff members to ensure compliance with mandatory training and completion of e-learning components.
* Attending relevant policy and procedure meetings, ward meetings, and bi-monthly education meetings to stay up-to-date on the latest developments and trends in nursing education.
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess strong interpersonal and communication skills, as well as a high degree of computer literacy and experience working with e-learning platforms. A postgraduate certificate in a related specialty area and a Certificate IV in Workplace Assessment and Training (TAE) or equivalent qualifications are also highly desirable.
The salary for this position is $57.97 per hour, based on your years of relevant registered nursing experience against the current Healthscope and Darwin Private Hospital - Nurses and Midwives - Enterprise Agreement.
