As an Area Manager you will be able to directly share your knowledge with your team, collaborate with community members and enjoy some of the most remote parts of Australia.

To be successful in this role, we seek Area Managers with a range of transferable skills that contribute to our team environment, including:
* Grocery Retail Management Experience: Proven multi-site grocery retail management experience.
* Results-Driven: Ability to deliver results by developing and implementing effective local strategies.
* Technical Proficiency: Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Office.
* Community Knowledge: Understanding of Indigenous communities and their nutritional needs.
* Leadership Experience: Background in mentoring, training, and leading diverse teams.
* Staff Management: Knowledge of rostering and staff allocation.
* Financial Acumen: Demonstrated experience in budget and financial management, including wage control, inventory, and stock control.
