Qualifications & Experience:
* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy.
* Current registration with AHPRA.
* Demonstrate experience and willingness to work across the lifespan.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work independently and manage a caseload effectively.
* Valid driver's license and reliable car for travel between client locations.
* Commitment to delivering high-quality, client-centred care.
Tasks & Responsibilities:
* Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients' daily function in their home environments.
* Develop individualised treatment plans based on assessment findings and client goals.
* Provide evidence-based therapy interventions to improve clients' daily function.
* Collaborate with clients, families, and other healthcare professionals to achieve optimal outcomes.
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical records and documentation.
* Stay informed about current research and best practices in Occupational Therapy.
* Participate in regular team meetings and professional development activities.
* Demonstrate knowledge and practical ability in navigating different funding models such as NDIS, My Aged Care, Workcover, Medicare, DVA, and Private Insurance.
* Deliver and engage in business and service development opportunities to improve the Physiotherapy service.
