Mentor staff, fostering development, team morale and adherence to company policiesAdhere to deadlines, prioritise tasks, evaluate and improve key performance indicators and achieve optimum outcomes efficientlyDevelop & continually critique / monitor estimating processes & strategies, ensuring our systems are of best practice in the industryInduct new Contract Estimating staff, provide training monitor & assist team with relationship developmentProvide high-level customer service and guidance to estimators on construction queriesWhat Type of Person Will Be SuccessfulYou’re a detailed-oriented professional with construction knowledge who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
