Hospitality Operations Manager

* Prepare, cook and serve food in adherence with dietary requirements with a strong focus on food safety standards.
* Oversee the management of catering, cleaning and laundry functions across the facility and staff accommodation.
* Support senior hospitality staff members with menu design and implementation.
* Promote quality standards and maintain service with standard operating procedures including audit, stock control across all hospitality functions.
The successful candidate will have:
* Relevant trade qualifications or equivalent skills from previous experience.
* Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
* A deep understanding of Australian food and beverage standards.
* Confidence to satisfy relevant probity checks required by legislation or policies.
