About the Role:
Our client, Samsung Electronics Australia, is looking for a creative and driven Digital Content Specialist to join their team! In this exciting role, you’ll play a key part in developing informational digital content of varying formats and deploying this content to their Support website, liaising with internal and external stakeholders throughout the process.
Duties & Responsibilities:
* Developing and deploying informational digital content.
* Liaising with internal and external stakeholders.
* Responding to internal requests for updates to the website.
* Monitoring performance related to content and consumer engagement, providing regular updates.
* Collaborating with stakeholders to implement improvements to the Support website and enhance the customer experience journey.
* Supporting larger projects as requested.
About You:
* 1-2 years' experience in content creation.
* Proficient in visual design, photo and video editing.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Able to work independently, managing multiple priorities at once.
