Job Opportunity: Talent Acquisition Advisor

* Following established frameworks, you will drive continuous improvement in all sourcing, screening, and due diligence activities to help us find the best staff possible.
Responsibilities:
* You will undertake recruitment activities using software to source the best talent, effectively screen candidates, and support the Head of People & Culture in building an attractive Employer Value Proposition (EVP) and company culture.
* Partner with stakeholders on all recruitment matters and regularly record and report activities.
* Provide administrative support for end-to-end recruitment activities, including creating job adverts, posting jobs, screening, interview coordination, and updating position descriptions.
* Ensure candidates are fully briefed on the role prior to interview and manage the offer and feedback process, ensuring the best candidate experience.
* Ensure effective, efficient, and timely administration in recruitment and onboarding, ensuring compliance with relevant policies and employment legislation.
* Support the Head of People & Culture and the wider team to cultivate a strong EVP and workplace culture through special projects, onboarding, and employer branding initiatives.
