About the Role
You will join a dynamic sales team based out of our Brisbane office, who use virtual meetings and phone calls to manage relationships with existing Commercial Real Estate Agency clients.
Responsibilities:
1. Drive revenue growth by upselling and cross-selling new products and features, becoming an expert in Real Estate software solutions for a designated portfolio of clients.
2. Unlock exciting career development opportunities across various domains.
3. Maintain existing client relationships through end-to-end virtual management and solution selling.
4. Introduce new and featured products that solve problems and provide clients with necessary tools to achieve their goals.
5. Drive revenue growth by providing clarity on pricing and customer value across all Domain solutions, identifying opportunities for upselling.
6. Solve customer queries, pain points and proactively meet customer needs.
7. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure proposals are delivered on time.
8. Work towards monthly revenue targets and document all sales activity.
9. Broaden your knowledge to become an industry expert on tech solutions for the Commercial Real Estate space.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's Degree or equivalent from an accredited university.
* Proven success in B2B consultative selling/account management.
* Real Estate Agency experience as a Sales Agent or similar.
* Excellent verbal communication skills and ability to build rapport quickly over the phone.
* Ability to negotiate and handle objections, driving win-win outcomes and lasting partnerships.
* Ability to communicate ROI and business impact through compelling storytelling and making technical concepts easy to understand.
* Enthusiasm and passion for sales, with a drive to meet targets.
Nice to Have:
* Virtual/phone-based sales experience.
* Previous experience with Salesforce.
* Understanding of residential real estate.
