Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Sales and Business Development professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in sales or business development within the financial services or stock market industry.
The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and approaching potential clients, conducting cold calling, networking, and lead generation to build a strong pipeline of prospective clients. They will also deliver engaging presentations and product demonstrations to clients, showcasing the value of our stock market services.
Additionally, the candidate will meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets, develop and implement effective sales strategies and plans to maximize revenue, and continuously monitor and report on sales performance, adjusting tactics as necessary to achieve targets.
They will also be responsible for building and maintaining strong, long-lasting relationships with clients by understanding their investment needs, acting as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries and providing relevant market information, and enhancing client satisfaction by ensuring a high level of service and timely support.
The candidate will stay updated on stock market trends, investment opportunities, and competitor activities, analyze market trends and feedback to identify potential business opportunities, and integrate industry insights into sales presentations and strategies to appeal to clients' needs.
They will also use CRM tools to track leads, manage client interactions, and maintain accurate records of sales activities, ensure smooth onboarding for new clients, guiding them through account setup and initial investment options, and collaborate with internal teams to align sales efforts with marketing campaigns and service offerings.
The ideal candidate will be a strong leader and mentor, able to guide a sales team to meet and exceed sales targets. They will also have excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, and be proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Preferred qualifications include certifications related to finance or stock market operations, familiarity with stock trading platforms and investment analysis tools, and the ability to adapt to fast-changing market trends and investment opportunities.
