We're looking for an experienced
Project Manager
who can confidently lead projects, coordinate our internal team, and become a trusted point of contact for clients.
If you thrive on organisation, clear communication, and keeping projects moving smoothly from kickoff to launch, this role is for you.
Responsibilities
* Managing multiple web design, SEO and paid ads projects simultaneously
* Planning timelines, scopes, and deliverables across design, development and marketing teams
* Running client meetings, gathering requirements, and setting expectations
* Translating strategy into actionable tasks for designers, developers and marketers
* Ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to a high standard
* Monitoring team workload and resource allocation
* Proactively identifying risks, bottlenecks and solutions
* Improving internal processes and workflows as we scale
What we're looking for
* 3+ years experience in a digital agency or similar project management role
* Strong understanding of websites, SEO, and Google Ads (you don't need to execute, but you must "get it")
* Confident running client calls and building relationships
* Highly organised with excellent time management
* Clear communicator who can simplify technical concepts
* Calm under pressure and solution-focused
* Melbourne-based and available to work from our office (or Hybrid at times)
Bonus if you have
* WordPress/Shopify or web development knowledge
* Experience managing SEO or PPC campaigns
* Agency or multi-client environment experience
* Process optimisation or operations experience
