Positions Available:
* Permanent - Monday to Friday AM shifts
* Permanent - Monday, Thursday, and Friday PM shifts
About the role
Every resident has a story. In this role, you will:
* Assist with daily activities to ensure residents feel heard, comfortable, and well-nourished.
* Support residents with challenging needs alongside our team.
* Help keep residents' bodies and minds active.
* Monitor residents' health, assist with treatments, and administer medication under the supervision of a registered nurse.
* Build friendships and provide companionship.
* Respect residents' privacy and dignity.
We seek team players and great communicators who have:
* A genuine desire to make a difference in people's lives
* A Certificate III or IV in Aged Care
* Experience working as a caregiver or similar role
* Strong clinical documentation and computer skills
