Uniform & Equipment Administrator Position No :, & Level / Salary : Level 3, $86,439 - $92,795 pro-rata (PSCSAA 2024) Work Type : Fixed Term - Full Time, Fixed Term - Part Time Branch : Uniform & Equipment Research & Development Location : Joondalup Closing Date : 4 : 00 PM

There are currently three (3) contract / secondment opportunities available, consisting of :

* Two (2) full-time opportunities for a twelve (12) month period with the possibility of an extension;

These positions are temporarily funded for a finite period.


POSITION OBJECTIVE

These positions provide advice and support to the Western Australia Police Force personnel on various aspects of the Materials Management Module of the Resource Management Integrated System (SAP / RMIS), incorporating governance and systems support for requisitioning, purchasing and agreements.


APPLICATION PROCESS

Applicants are asked to address the following nominated work related requirements in no more than two (2) pages :

* Planning and organisational skills – Identifying and forward planning tasks, to ensure deadlines can be met.
* Problem solving skills – Sourcing information, exporting data from systems and analysing data. Providing materials analysis reporting. Formulating scoping requirements.

Note : Applicants who are shortlisted for interview, will need to be available for interview the week commencing 5 January 2026.

Applicants are also required to submit a comprehensive Curriculum Vitae (CV). Your CV should provide enough detail (dot points are sufficient) to allow the selection panel to assess your skills and experience relevant to the Key Accountabilities of the attached Position Description Form.

The CV must also include the names and contact details of two (2) referees who can comment on the applicant's ability to satisfy all of the Essential Work Related Requirements. Applicants should nominate at least one immediate (most contemporary) supervisor / manager unless exceptional circumstances exist.

OTHER CONDITIONS

Whilst this selection process will initially be used to fill the above vacancies, it may also be used to fill other similar vacancies throughout the metropolitan area. In addition to this, should the successful applicants decline or vacate the advertised positions, then the panel may select another suitable applicant from this selection process. Both of these options remain valid for a period of twelve (12) months from the initial date of the appointment.

Integrity and criminal checks will be conducted if the recommended applicant for a position is not a current WA Police Force employee. Any relocation costs associated with appointment to these positions may be the responsibility of the successful applicants.
