Step into a Project Leader role where you'll guide and inspire a talented team through the day-to-day delivery of complex projects.
Reporting directly to the Associate, you will take ownership of large-scale multi-residential and mixed-use developments, leading projects from concept design through to completion.
This is a hands-on leadership role where your expertise will shape both the design and delivery outcomes.Responsibilities Manage a diverse portfolio of mid to high-rise residential and mixed-use projectsLead the production of DA and CC documentation packagesSupport the associate in ensuring the efficient, high-quality delivery across all phasesAttend site meetings, coordinate with consultants, and other stakeholdersQualifications Tertiary qualification in Architecture, registration preferredDemonstrates experience managing Class 2 projects across all stages, from concept to deliveryStrong competency in RevitExcellent understanding of BCA and ADGAbout the Company This is a rare opportunity to join a firm that combines a strong reputation, long-standing client relationships, and a design-driven ethos.
