About the Bendigo Jockey Club
Established in 1858, the Bendigo Jockey Club (BJC) is one of Victoria's leading regional racing and events venues. We deliver over 20 race meetings and a substantial number of community and corporate events each year — connecting people, supporting local businesses, and driving tourism for Greater Bendigo and beyond.
The BJC has been a proud part of Bendigo's history for over 170 years. Today, we're not just about racing, we're a hub for events and community connection. Every year, our team brings together thousands of locals and visitors, whether it's for iconic race days like the Bendigo Cup, a beautiful wedding, a major concert, business conference or a fundraising networking event that gives back to our region.
We're proud of our role in creating jobs, supporting local businesses, and helping put Bendigo on the map as a thriving regional destination.
