About the Role
As a Lead Educator, you will play a pivotal role in shaping a nurturing and empowering environment where educators and children alike can thrive. You will work closely with an Early Childhood Teacher and a supportive Leadership team to design and deliver an exceptional curriculum that fosters each child's learning and development while helping them build a strong sense of identity.
Responsibilities
* Develop and implement high-quality educational programs that promote children's learning and development.
* Collaborate with colleagues to create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
* Communicate effectively with families and other stakeholders about children's progress and well-being.
* Contribute to the ongoing professional development of yourself and your colleagues.
Requirements
* Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or equivalent qualification.
* Able to work full-time, Monday to Friday.
* In-depth experience in leading a team within a childcare service.
* Strong communication and time-management skills.
* A valid Working with Children Check or willingness to obtain.
* Current First Aid Certificate or willingness to obtain.
