About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Barcode Business Development Manager to spearhead growth in our barcode solutions portfolio. This role is ideal for a strategic thinker with strong commercial acumen and a passion for building long-term client relationships.
Responsibilities include:
* Drive business growth for Toshiba's barcode solutions across Australia.
* Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities in target industries.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and partners.
* Collaborate with product, marketing, and technical teams to deliver tailored solutions.
* Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform strategy.
* Achieve and exceed sales targets while ensuring customer satisfaction.
Other requirements:
* Proven experience in business development, sales, or account management (Barcode, printing, or related technology solutions preferred).
* Strong understanding of barcode technologies, supply chain, and retail/logistics workflows.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
* A proactive, goal-oriented mindset with a passion for driving results.
Qualifications, skills and experience required:
* Current Driver's Licence.
* Minimum 2 years sales experience in the Barcode / Auto ID industry.
* Candidates with Australian citizenship, permanent residency, or a valid work visa will be considered.
