Regional Business Leader South QLD page is loaded## Regional Business Leader South QLDlocations: Dentist Support Centre - QLD: All Gold Coast, QLDtime type: Full timeposted on: Posted Yesterdayjob requisition id: R-00528**Permanent Full-Time | Multi-Site Leadership | Corporate Dental** **Location: South Brisbane and Gold Coast based centres** **Reporting to: State Leader QLD**# **About Our Opportunity**We’re on the lookout for a dynamic and experienced **Regional Business Leader** to lead a portfolio of high-performing dental centres across the **Gold Coast and South Brisbane.**With a focus on people, performance and patient experience, this role is ideal for someone who thrives in multi-site leadership and is looking for their next step in a purpose-driven organisation.**Your Centre Portfolio Includes:**Burleigh Heads, Ballina, Browns Plains, Coomera, Helensvale, Loganholme, Mount Gravatt, Mount Ommaney, Redbank Plains, Runaway Bay, Robina and Tweed Heads.# **Key Responsibilities**In this senior leadership role, you will take ownership of a multi-site portfolio, balancing people leadership, operational excellence and commercial performance.* Lead, coach and develop Centre Leaders across a portfolio of 12 dental centres* Build strong, trusted relationships with dental practitioners to support engagement and growth* Drive regional performance across revenue, patient experience, productivity and EBIT* Translate state priorities into clear, consistent execution across the region* Identify opportunities to improve utilisation, patient access and centre efficiency* Ensure operational consistency, compliance and high standards across all centres* Use data and insights to monitor performance, manage risk and lift results* Partner with support teams to deliver initiatives, change and continuous improvement* Take accountability for regional budgeting, forecasting and performance reporting# **About You**You’re a confident, commercially minded leader with a strong track record of leading multi-site teams and delivering results in fast-paced, service-driven environments.* Proven experience leading multiple service-focused sites (healthcare, retail or allied services preferred)* Strong financial and commercial acumen, with experience in budgeting, forecasting and performance management* People-first leadership style, underpinned by emotional intelligence, resilience and accountability* Clear, credible communicator who builds trust, influences stakeholders and drives outcomes* Full driver’s licence and the flexibility to travel daily across the regionPacific Smiles Group is one of Australia’s leading dental service organisations, with over 120 practices nationwide across Pacific Smiles Dental, nib Dental Care and HBF Dental (operated on behalf of HBF).
