We are currently seeking a Part-Time Reservations Agent to join our team.
Your Day to Day
\u0026bull; Support the daily operations of the Reservations Department, maximising occupancy and average rate.
\u0026bull; Handle guest enquiries, bookings, amendments and cancellations with accuracy and efficiency.
\u0026bull; Deliver exceptional service through all guest interactions, particularly over the phone and email.
\u0026bull; Build strong relationships with guests and internal departments to ensure a seamless booking experience.
\u0026bull; Maintain accurate reservation records and correspondence.
\u0026bull; Assist with reporting and administrative tasks as required by the Revenue Manager.
\u0026bull; Stay up to date with promotions, packages and loyalty programs to confidently guide guests.
\u0026bull; Support Front Office operations where required and contribute to a collaborative team environment.
What We Need From You
\u0026bull; Previous experience in a Reservations or hotel front office role preferred.
\u0026bull; Strong communication skills with a confident and professional phone manner.
\u0026bull; Ability to build rapport quickly and deliver personalised service.
\u0026bull; High attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
\u0026bull; Experience with Opera, Holidex Plus and Microsoft Office (preferred).
\u0026bull; Ability to learn new systems quickly and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
\u0026bull; Completion of Year 12 or equivalent.
\u0026bull; Flexibility to work Monday to Saturday, across a minimum of 2-4 shifts per week.
\u0026bull; Full Australian working rights.
