IEPro are working with a respected civil contractor to find an experienced Site Engineer to support delivery on a major wind farm project on a FIFO roster. This opportunity sits within a business delivering renewable energy infrastructure, including large-scale concrete works, FRP elements, turbine foundations, access roads, and associated civil packages. This role suits a Site Engineer who enjoys being hands-on in the field, working closely with crews and supervisors, and building strong technical delivery experience in a renewable energy environment. The Opportunity As Site Engineer, you will support day-to-day coordination and technical delivery of wind farm civil works, ensuring safety, quality, and program requirements are achieved. You will work closely with Project Engineers and Project Managers while maintaining strong oversight of concrete and FRP installation activities. The Role In this role, you will: Support delivery of wind farm civil infrastructure works Coordinate daily site activities across concrete and FRP packages Review drawings, specifications, and construction methodologies Manage RFIs, technical queries, and site documentation Monitor safety, quality, and environmental compliance Assist with inspections, testing, and quality assurance processes Support subcontractor coordination and sequencing Maintain accurate site records and reporting About You To succeed, you will bring: Tertiary qualifications in Civil Engineering or related discipline Experience working as a Site Engineer on civil construction projects Mandatory exposure to concrete works and FRP installation Experience on wind farm or renewable energy projects preferred Ability to work effectively in a FIFO site environment Strong communication and coordination skills A practical and solutions-focused mindset Commitment to safety and quality outcomes The Benefits FIFO roster on a secured wind farm project A salary package based on your experience up to $120 k super uplifts Exposure to large-scale renewable energy infrastructure Supportive leadership and structured project systems Opportunity to build specialist experience in wind farm delivery Please note: Only candidates with local Australian based experience and working rights will be considered.
