Approach are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Workforce Planning and Analytics Specialist to join our client's Human Resources team in Canberra. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of workforce planning and analytics strategies that enable our clients to make data-driven decisions about their workforce.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement workforce planning and analytics strategies, including forecasting, scenario planning, and workforce segmentation.
- Conduct data analysis to identify trends and insights that inform decision-making around workforce planning, talent acquisition, and retention.
- Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and analytics tools that provide HR and business leaders with real-time visibility into key workforce metrics.
- Partner with HR and business leaders to understand their workforce needs and provide recommendations for optimizing talent utilization and performance.
- Collaborate with the HR team to design and implement talent programs that support workforce planning objectives, such as career development, succession planning, and performance management.
- Develop and maintain partnerships with external vendors and consultants to access expertise and resources related to workforce planning and analytics.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business, HR, or a related field.
- Experience in workforce planning and analytics, with a demonstrated track record of success.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Experience with HR systems and analytics tools, such as SAP, Oracle, or Workday.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and manage complex projects, with a robust focus on results.
