Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs across residential and community facilities
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergency repairs
- Conduct regular safety inspections and maintain compliance records
- Coordinate with external contractors and suppliers
- Support planned maintenance programs and asset management initiatives
- Maintain accurate documentation of all maintenance activities
Qualifications
- Trade qualification or equivalent experience in maintenance, building services, or related field
- Strong problem‑solving abilities and attention to detail
- Experience with basic electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and general maintenance tasks
- Understanding of workplace health and safety requirements
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work respectfully with diverse community members
- Current driver's licence and reliable transport
