We are looking for a legal secretary/receptionist to join our firm in Young NSW.
Role will involve:
- General administrative duties,
- Opening and Closing files including file allocation
- Preparation of correspondence and legal documentation
- Invoicing
- Assisting lawyers with daily matters
- Diary and time management
- File maintenance (electronic & hardcopy)
The following attributes are desirable:
- Administrative experience
- Strong word processing skills
- good organisational skills
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Fast accurate typing with good formatting skills
- Ability to maintain quality output under pressure
- Previous legal experience including with wills and deceased estates
Full time position with renumeration to be negotiated with the successful applicant.
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
