The Role We are looking for a Junior Sous Chef to join this already incredible team at Mascot Production.
This is the perfect opportunity for a chef looking to take the next step in their career and start leading a team.
You will be part of the team responsible for making sauces, grilling meat and prepping similar products for a range of our venues.
If you have the following, then this role is for you:
Have 2+ years' similar experience in production kitchen or a similar environment.
Can manage your own section and guide junior team members
Are organised with an eye for detail and consistency.
Happy to work in a production kitchen environment.
Can do early starts and mainly a weekday roster, with occasional weekend work required.
This is a physical job that could also requires lifting and moving items around the production kitchen.
