We are looking for a talented Coordinator to join our team in the e-commerce sector. This is a 6-month contract and requires full-time work on-site.
This role plays a crucial part in bringing the online shopping experience to life, ensuring that website content remains fresh, consistent, and in-line with our brand across all channels.
Responsibilities include managing product catalogues, enriching product data, optimising discoverability, and monitoring stock availability to deliver a seamless shopping experience end-to-end.
Main Responsibilities
* Drive product enrichment and optimisation, including writing SEO-friendly titles and descriptions, accurate category attribution, and selecting the best possible lead imagery.
* Ensure all products featured in marketing campaigns are live and available ahead of launch.
* MERchandise website pages using data-driven insights to create an inspiring and easy-to-shop experience that highlights the best of our range.
* Build and maintain content landing pages, EDMs, and seasonal shoppable categories.
* Conduct regular website walk-throughs to identify missing product attributes, content gaps, and new merchandising opportunities.
* Assist with sample management and product uploads to keep our online assortment fresh and accurate.
* Support with promotion setup, including managing discount codes and testing campaigns.
* Assist in the studio as required to ensure products are photographed and uploaded on time.
Requirements
You will need at least one year of experience in a similar support office role, proficiency in Excel, and experience in Klaviyo.
A degree or tertiary qualification in eCommerce, marketing, or business would be an asset.
