About the team
Our Digital Product teams drive the technology and experiences for first-time and returning customers of Who Gives A Crap. As a Senior Product Manager, your mission is to contribute to the strategic development and execution of our digital commerce experience. You will cultivate a product-led environment with a strong foundation of Product Management principles that drive problem-solving and solution delivery across teams.
You will lead cross-functional engineering, design, and data teams to deliver innovative, scalable products that optimize the eCommerce experience, drive innovation, and support sustained growth. Responsibilities
- Strategy & Planning : Provide input to strategic goals, leverage your technical understanding of platforms, customer behavior, and emerging technologies to guide decisions. Lead roadmap planning for the Platform squad and identify and mitigate technical risks to ensure timelines.
- Leadership & Collaboration : Serve as a Product leader and mentor, sharing expertise across the business and helping grow the team’s capabilities. Act as the key liaison to ensure stakeholders—from engineering to business teams—are aligned on goals and execution.
- Execution & Delivery : Lead initiatives from concept to deployment using a data-driven approach to inform decisions and drive continuous improvement. Implement solutions that are robust, scalable, and capable of supporting future business demands.
Qualifications
- You have a deep technical understanding of platforms and emerging technologies and use this to guide strategic decisions.
- You are a systems thinker who can integrate a holistic approach to problem-solving and align development with broader business strategy.
- You enjoy identifying, diagnosing, and solving complex technical problems, proactively managing tasks and projects independently.
- You have excellent communication and organizational skills and can foster open, collaborative relationships across teams.
- You have a proven desire to continuously improve and mentor others in the team.
Nice to have
- Experience with e-commerce and subscription management platforms like Shopify and Recharge.
- Familiarity with A/B testing tools and customer behavior analytics platforms.
- Hands-on experience with business intelligence and campaign performance analysis tools like Looker, Triple Whale, and GA4.
- Proficiency with collaboration and roadmapping tools like JIRA Product Management.
